I know this is in the wrong forum, but I posted this earlier in the Issues section and didn't get much response , so I will try it here and see what happens. I know other members are having trouble logging in and such, maybe its related?
For the last 2 months or so, when I try to get on, I get a message that "The administrator has banned your IP address." Once in a great while it will let me on, so I'm writing this now to try to get some help or find out what is going on. Anybody else have this happen or know whats going on? I have tried to PM Terry but no reply. Please help, I am getting frustrated with this!! Thanks for any assistance.

They've combined the banned list, with the AARP list. It is a conspiracy to git rid of us ol' "Greybeards"
My GUESS is, if'n you were banned, you wouldn't be posting now. BUT I am about as puter illiterate as they come, so it is only a GUESS.
PM Schu, he's on top of things, too. Maybe he can git someone's attention for ya.
BTW, have not experienced the issue you are referring to.

This may help, I have the same problem. If you have an accelerator program like Propel, it wont let you log on. Disable it while using HDF. Oddly enough, I got this program mostly to help load this forum, it worked until about the time they had trouble with some users that became a problem and then it started to ban me.

 

Graybeard, I talked to the administrator. He basically said he banned you because he likes Great Falls better than Missoula! He said there's a bad smell there. He also asked me to pass these along to you:
