I had been hearing rumors about Gateway Big Dog in St. Louis possibly closing due to lack of sales. For fun tonight, I figured I'd check out their website to see what they have. The website is no more...Which makes me wonder: Did they close?

Before buying my Rocker I went there looking at bikes and was very unimpressed with the dealership and staff. I also found it odd that they would only take Big Dogs on trade...So I would have had to deal with getting rid of my Night Train I had at the time on my own.

Anybody in the St. Louis area know what's going on?

Hell for a semi custom production bike, Big Dogs aren't all that bad (for a bar hopper anyway).

A bit on the pricey side and I'd rather build my own but they seem to be better quality than when they first came out..

Well I hope they make it but the custom ike world is having a real hard time. That wave has come an gone like it did back in the 70's.

They do have a very nice looking product with very clean lines.
