Poor HD Customer Service

Local dealer and staff are excellent, with a capital E. If they weren't I'd go elsewhere. These issues are really simple .

I bought 2 Harleys at a Dealership about 18 miles away from my home and put up with their $hitty customer service and could-care-less attitude for over 3 years. When I got ready to buy my new bike last year I decided to look around and found a Dealership about 35 miles away that I bought my new Harley from, (my current Heritage). They were slightly more expensive but what a difference in their attitude and they way they do business! I couldn't believe how polite and efficient they were. Test driving the Heritage was no problem whereas at the other Dealership it was a no go. They even sent me cards and emails letting me know about their specials and when the bike was due for maintenance. The salesman keeps in contact and always asks me how the Bike is doing. Their Techs were spot on knowledge wise and they bent over backwards to help me when I had any questions or wanted info on parts. Night and Day! Needless to say I am glad I found them. Super Professionals! They have my business now and in the future.
You just need to find the right Dealership ....... they're out there believe me!

I didn't even buy my bike at a dealer, and I get outstanding service from the dealer I go to (Heritage HD in Lisle), and have had good experiences at all the other dealers I've stopped at.
