...to put the Bike away for a lmany of us. Lucky I live in the south now. But it is a good time to look back a the riding season and share the rides to remember. The best and the worst. For me it was my first trip to Daytona. It was cool see, my next trip will be longer. I only spent two days there. I was able to spend the time with my uncle from MN. Does anyone have any great rides?

 

No real long rides this year, but the very best was in July when myself, and six (6) great friends were able to ride together. Did a short putt up to Niagara Falls from Cleveland.

It'll probably never happen again, as one (1) lives in Florida, another in Texas, and yet another in California.

That was better than any long road trip style ride I've been on.

 

No real long rides this year, just a lot of short 200 to 300+ rides. But me and the crew are planning a few long ones for 09. Can't wait. Must ride!

 

4,700 miles across the eastern USA. Indiana, ohio, NY, Niagara Falls, upstate NY, Adirondacks, NH, VT, Maine - Bar Harbor on 4th of July, Acadia Mountain for the sunrise, on to Cooperstown NY for baseball HOF, Gettysburg for bike week - cool ride to York, PA for a tour of the Harley plant, down the Chesapeake penninsula, across the bay bridge / tunnel, Virginia, Blue Ridge Parkway, NC, Deals Gap, Cherohola skyway, Smokey mountains, Tenn, Kentucky, back to Indiana for the ABATE boogie. That was a cool trip!

We are hoping to do a similar trip this summer and go west. Black hills, yellowstone etc.

 

13 miles to work, easily the worst.

 

I got to ride a little more this year than last. And a little more last year, than the one before. Coming back after a BAD crash has been a seven year ordeal. So it is getting a little better every year. I'll soon be back up too speed,......... I hope!

 

Wow, that's cool. I've never done anything over 1200 mi. One way that is.
