Redbacks are awesome boots, but they are hard to find.

I am lazy, so I like the pull on. Very comfy...

At least try on a pair of Doc Martens. I swear, they feel as comfortable as sneakers. They have lots of styles, both pull on & lace up.
Here's a bunch:

Here's their selection of motorcycle boots:

I like this site - they have free shipping & free exchanges.
Hope this helps,

After reading the first post I googled Wesco boots. Man those friggin things are expensive! Base price $498 and custom over $650. That seems like a hell of a lot of money for boots.

I'd also recommend Magnum. I've got a pair of lace up waterproof boots that are great for riding and walking. I wear them mostly in the late fall and winter. I wear heavier boot socks with them and they keep my feet warm. Truth be told, I've also got a pair of side zipper slip on harness boots that I also wear a lot. They're great for the warmer weather. The breeze gets in and keeps my feet cool.

I've been wearing Mack steel toed oil resistant work boots for years. I also tuck the laces inside at the top because I had a couple of anxious moments when the laces loop got caught on the shifter. They also add just enough height so I can remain flat footed.

It's up to you man, but, I lace up. My 2 cents.
