My winter helmet is a full face 2003 Harley Davidson Laguna II. I just recently went to the dealer to purchase a new face shield. They want $45.00 for a face shield!!!!
If I knew who made the helmet , that might help out alot. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There should be a tag inside the helmet with the brand on it.

 

I think the Laguna was a HJC

 

Korea and China, but I'm sure you knew that.

 

My wife's half helmet, purchased earlier this year, was made by AGV in Italy.

 

AGV, KBC, HJC makes their current line-up. If you go to Harley's website, and see a helmet you like, you can pull up its description, and it'll tell you who made it. The Laguna II was made by HJC, but that is not on their website.

 

KBC = Korean Bucket Company

They've been making helmets for HD since at least 2001.

 

Sometimes there isn't an equivalent between their own and those made for a private label. They themselves don't make faceshields, those are outsourced. Try a google search and see if you can buy it direct.
