If you upload your pic to www.photobucket.com (free) you can use the bottom of the 4 links they give you (the IMG Code) and just paste that right into your post.

 

I don't think the toolbar is showing for him...Hmmmmm

 

If you click on "Go Advanced" below, it will take you to the advanced editor. Click on the paperclip and you can upload a picture directly from your computer (within the size limits).

Yep that is the prob.

 

I changed your User CP from Basic Editor to Standard Editor so you should be able to post attachments now. You can either use the little icon in your toolbar or click on "Go Advanced" at the bottom of the post and post an attachment there.
