Default HeadQuarters 95" build - anyone?

Anyone using the HQ 95" kit? Like to hear your impressions. This looks like an excellant kit for my style of riding. I know I need to go to a good 2-1 exhaust next, prolly a Fatcat system. Looking for my next project. Will more than likely run there 500 Hurricane chain drive cam next , keep that untill after April, then go for a bigger bore.

I just finished phase 1 on the 06 DynaGlide :

$194.00 progressive rear shocks
$22.00 passenger pegs
$15.00 highway pegs
$73.00 Passenger peg brackets
$209.00 new kuryaken air cleaner ( oops just gave this one to my bro)
$299.00 forward controls
$300.00 passenger seat (wife bought her own seat ..lol)
$55.00 relocate front turn signals
$485.00 Harley 1/4 fairing & custom brackets
$350.00 full coverage helmet (does this count)
$45.00 Kury pegs with heels
$25.00 2" tank lift
$150.00 Mustang seat
$680.00 Thundermax w/ Autotune
$55.00 Air Horn
$150.00 Sissybar mounting kit
$75.00 Sissybar sideplates, pad and sissy bar

If you're going with Headquarter, check out their "Hippo Build".

Headquarters makes great packages for just about any combo you want, mild to mean.

Hippo seems kinda touchy to me. Could be wrong. I am looking for something managable but with alot of torque. And I dont have to bore my cases.

One of my brothers runs a 95" HQ package with the 0039 gear drive cams in an '01 FXD. Tons of low end torque (He's 300lbs; torque is good...) and he's been riding it aggressivly for two seasons now, including a run to Sturgis and back with no problems. His last dyno was at Speeds in Sturgis and went 103hp/107tq.

Yup....HQ 95", full HQ headwork, 0039 cams chain-driven, HQ lifters, HQ pushrods, PC III with HQ ProTuner, V&H Dresser Duals. Made 98HP/105 TQ with CFR mufflers. (no baffles at the time) Once I added a set of baffles and messed with the tune it ran great from just off idle to limiter. Prior to that it ran like crap below 3000 rpm.
Currently in the process of swapping CFRs for stock mufflers off an '07 CVO 110 SERK with a conversion to a pair of Fullsac 2" baffles in place of the stock baffles. I plan on tuning it myself this time around. The tune I had done was a waste of $$$, IMO. Of course with the ProTuner I really only need to come close.
What do you want to know?
