You can also order it directly from them, off of their website.

Try M & M Cylcle. They had the best price I could find when I bought mine.

Had them on my FatBoy for a couple years, and back then the best price was from Eastern.

But remember that even though they are adjustable they come in two different versions, 'regular' and 'long'.

I'm 6'2", with a 34+ inseam and I went with the 'long' version (#7841). I believe the 'regular' length model is #7840.

BTW, the Mark IV arms are great, and between the floorboards and cruise arms there is an almost unlimited number of foot/leg positions available. I have mine adjusted so my heels rest on the floorboards while the soles of my boots rest on the cruise arms. Great for those long trips.

I use my FatBoy for 99% of all my riding (I have a number of Harley's), and the floorboard/cruise arm combination is much more comfortable than my bikes with just forward controls, or those with just floorboards.

I like the ability to move my feet around to various positions, and if I feel real lazy I can stretch my legs all the way out and just let my ankles rest on top of the cruise arms.

With a 32" inseam I'd recommend the "long" (7841) arms. A few of the guys I know have about the same inseam as you, and they all went with the long arms on their softails. The arms have a lot of adjustment built in to fine tune them for your specific needs.
