Default Contact HD company (not through dealer)

Is there a way to contact the HD company via e-mail preferably?

I want to check up on my order for my bike and the dealer is not giving me any info.

Appreciate it if any one has a contact to share!

Robert

I didn't find anything through a quick Google search, but, I have had success in the past with guessing. We know James L. Ziemer is the CEO. So, if I wanted to email him, I'd address an email to;
jameslziemer@harley-davidson.com
jlziemer@harley-davidson.com
jziemer@harley-davidson.com

Any address that isn't good will get kicked back to you. If two of them kick back and the third doesn't, you've hit pay dirt!

Hopefully you didn't base your decision to buy a Harley for their customer service. Not trying to be a wise acre here, but the horror stories are really pretty long.... There's some great dealers, and some that are not so good. Find a good one, and nurture a relationship with them, the parts guy, and the service dept. It'll pay huge dividends in the long run. I've found that much of what happens or doesn't is actually based on the relationship that you've established with your dealer. Good Luck on your new ride. If you want a 1-800 Customer Service Rep for Harley, PM me. They helped me, and I kept the number for future events. I don't play that card very often, and probably not just to get the status of a future shipment. But I've got it if you really think it's something you want to try.

I just called them to find out why parts were delayed for a couple months as my dealer was either too lazy or didn't care what was going on. I did get a straight answer from the rep., told a date they should be shipped and end of story. My dealer does suck at customer service in all departments EXCEPT the service department. So far so good....
