Ive never used stabil in my bikes.....I use a marine grade fuel stabilizer in my bikes like Merc,Yamaha,Full Throttle....They keep up with the changeing fuels.....Ive seen what Sea Foam can do in Yamaha's and Merc carbs and it gets expensive........
I would go with the newer Marine Stabil that has come out....

I don't know why you wouldn't fog the cylinders on a four stroke.
When my boat gets winterized they always fog the cylinders.
And last time I checked a 350 small block is still a four cylinder.
