I agree Mike, but no more than one ounce will be no problem.

Ok dudes....so today i washed and waxed every inch of my bike, added some Sta-bil to the gas, filled the tank with gas, ran all the gas outta the carb, and put the battery on trickle charger.....Thanks for all the suggestions.

Is stabil ok to use for electronic fuel ignition. I used it in my 02 dyna but I'm not sure about using it in an 08 ultra.

Ive never used stabil in my bikes.....I use a marine grade fuel stabilizer in my bikes like Merc,Yamaha,Full Throttle....They keep up with the changeing fuels.....Ive seen what Sea Foam can do in Yamaha's and Merc carbs and it gets expensive........
I would go with the newer Marine Stabil that has come out....

The oil in th cylinders is to prevent cylinder corrosion which can occur over a long period of storage. Not really needed just for winter storage.
