Yep been ridin' thirty seven years and met a "Real Biker" today ..

Comin home from work on Bagger , stereo cranking out the oldies , FullFace on , was cold at midnite going to work , and I aint out to impress anyone ..

Ratted out Shovel passes me , both cylinder head gaskets pouring out oil , sounded really sick , "Real Biker" wearing his novelty helmet , looking bad ..

Give him a waist level wave as he passes , he returns with a "you're No.1" gesture ..

I live a couple miles outta town , and there is a real wide shoulder across from my house , well , wouldnt ya know it , ole Billy B.A. is parked there , broke down ..

I pull over to see if'n I can help , get cursed out , so I pop it in first and cross the road and park Bagger ...

Takes all kinds I reckon ..

 

Don't be to hard on him, he was havin' a bad day. To paraphrase Bugs; "That guy was a Moroon!"

What did you do to make him cuss you out? Weren't you afraid that a real biker would come into you home and have his way with your family? lol

 

Takes all kinds, fortunately his kind is in the minority.

What was he wareing? Fingerless gloves, assless chaps? What did his cut say?

 

I know that dude. Saw him at a gas station one time he looked at my lovely bride my SG made a hiss sound and said ( You call yourself a biker ) rode off blowing smoke and middle finger in the air, WTF!

 

I learned the hard way at a young age that not everyone who rides a HD or motorcycle for that matter, is cool. There are different categories of bikers from side walk commandos to 1%ers to regular guys. Old retiries on Wings chillin, pretencious Beemer f*cktwits, status symbol chasers.

I can't keep track of the times I've been burnt for giving someone a pass just because he was on an HD. If you own a HD and your an azhole , guess what....you just an azhole with an HD.
