holy cow 46 inches of snow in dead wood and 12 in sturgis,and its been snowing for the last 2 days here in mn, and its cold enough to freeze a well diggers ***. Iguess its time to put my babys away for the winter, sooooooooooooooo sad.

I posted earlier in the forum. That I like riding up in then there woods, but I don't even want any memories of a ride in that stuff.

 

MAN, that sux!!

the day started out around 45 and clear blue skies. it's now 77 and severe clear.

today was the Texas Honor Ride from Houston to the Brooke Army Medical Center at Ft Sam Houston in San Antonio. the American Legion Riders Post 593, Converse, TX ran the refuel point. we refueled about 500 bikes. it was so cool seeing that many bikers supporting our Wounded Warriors. every manufacturer was represented... there was even a guy riding a Honda Scooter! of course - the majority were HDs.

Last week we had a foot of snow and this week it was in the high 60s. But, that's northern NY for yaa.

 

Raining pigs & chickens here with winds hitting a steady 30 mph. Not a bad day compared to snow......

 

Snowed here on friday. Sun and 58 today.

 

Spearfish was shut down with over 40" of snow fall and 6' drifts. Winds were reported as high as 80mph.
