This Sucks...Big Time!

I see it every day. Prosecutors get our parolees wiht a truck full of guns and drugs, trying to kill somebody and dismiss all the charges, "since he's getting his parole revoked anyhow," then come crying to us when the guy gets paroled again or released - to which we say "if you had done your job, he'd have a new conviction and he would still be in prison."

I'm convinced the only effective way to prevent these sorts of tragedies that occur upwards of 23000 times a year are drunk proof vehicles.
The technology is easily w/in reach if not already here. We lack only the will.

+ 1 on murder charge. That was not an accident ( vehicular manslaughter ), it WAS intentional. Alot of the problem is with the liberal judges who let this crap back out on the street. A judge is supposed to see that the law is enforced, not legislate from the bench. There is a lot to be said about the game of baseball, 1,2,3 you're outta here.
