Let me be the first to welcome you back to the real world. It kinda changed a couple of days ago.

All you guys from up around Ashville, my daughter getting married April 4th in Ashville. Hows the riding weather in early April there? Is it worth bringing the bike and staying a few days for the ride. Been to Stecoah to Iron Horse many times, always in June, never that early in the year. If I remember right I had a buddy who went last year in early April and sent home pics of riding in the snow.

The AOA have a chapter in Ashville, NC and several other chapters near by. They are pretty low key and keep to themselves. All of the swap meets and local rallies, you will see a continget of Black and White.

Went last year and enjoyed it. Lotza Artsy-FaRtZy. Great to visit, not sure about living there.

April should be gorgeous riding weather. Not too hot, not too cold. I say bring your bike and enjoy that corner of the world.

Do bring along some cool to cold weather gear. Can be a bit chilly still that time of year but also the best. High ele. can still be in the 30's in the am hours and valley bottoms might be 70's in the afternoon.
