I use a Navy flight jacket with a fur collar, love it. It stays down unless I turn it up, which is seldom.

For most occasions, button collar. Keeps the cold out and doesnt beat your neck to death

First off I don't work for this company, but I do have a jacket from Fox Creek Leather. The jacket I have lets you button down the flaps and comes with a fleece neck warmer which hides away in a special pocket inside the jacket. I paid a lot for this jacket because I have a long reach and needed a little more leather on the sleaves, but I can honestly say that I trust my life to my gear and I love this jacket.

Swiped my kid's leather jacket. The collar hits me in the back of the neck and drives me nuts. I guess i gotta give it back and buy my own with no collar....
