Jus' take her out bike and shoot her....

Would testing her hair determine what she had in her system?

Yes hair testing shows a long history of what you been up to... or so I'm told.

Its really sad that someone has to die before they arrest a cager who runs you over.

Ask me how I know... Been there - Done that

Prayers for the family. I hope they throw the key away with her. However, I'm not holding my breath.

A few months ago an illegal immigrant makes a left turn in front of a biker and takes him out, he thens backs over him, and leaves the scene. This person is already supposed to have been deported, did I mention no license. The local fishwrapper covered the situation and the do-gooders felt sorry for the illegal, someones husband/father didn't go home that night and the locals feel sorry for the illegal, go figure.

FTA:

"Both drivers were taken to local hospitals for injuries suffered in the accident.
O’Leary died of the injuries and police obtained a warrant for Daniels for the offense of intoxication manslaughter."

From what I gather she was tested at the hospital after the accident, not four days later. Her toxicology results were spelled out in the arrest affidavit. It appears she was a fugitive after the fact, not a hit and run. So that should be admissible.

Quite often it's not the stupid person who pays the painful price.

My sympathies for the man's family and I hope they string her up for what she did.
