Just tighten the bolt up. It may have worked loose. Run the Pigs on my Ultra and my police bike, and have pulled the baffles a number of times while experimenting with packing, different baffle sizes. There is no mechanism whereby they could rattle other than the retaining bolt having worked loose. Wild Pigs are a quality product.

The worst accessory I ever "bought" was the t-shirt i got when I bought my '04 Ultra. I love that EG-my "forever bike", but hate the dealer. been raped repatedly by their service department. After the sale I was just another shmuck to them. I use that t-shirt to clean the frame now!

Going to a MC part & accesssories show this weekend with a buddy. Glad I read this thread. Probably won't buy anything (allright not much, ok not too much, well..) but I will know what to avoid. Thanks to the OP!
