Seer is what the majority now use AND if you look at then you will see that they are not carrying the DOT Approved sticker....LOL and that they do not meet DOT standards and that came straight from a buddy of mine that is a mc cop has been for years and wears a Seer.

WWW sites can say anything. I'm just telling you what the POlice that wear them and write the tickets said. Plus look at the back of one that a Cop is wearing and you won't see any DOT sticker either.
Why would the police be allowed to ride with non-DOT approved? That doesn't make any sense...
I know that sounds weird but in Oakland California; after a motorcycle officer was hit by a car, the PD motorcycles were fitted with non-DOT exhaust systems so they would be louder. And I'm not making that up.

Hmmm, lemme think. The manufacturer says they are DOT approved. Considering the legal ramifications the manufacturer would be liable for making false claims compared to what you say about "hearing" from "police" sources just doesn't hold much value to me. sorry but .02
