Anybody ever hear of '' The Black Avenger" [Ken Hamblin], he's a radio talk show host, i'm trying to locate a AM / FM station in the state of Oregon or Calif who still carries his show, let me know , thanks.

 

He used to have a great talk show, but I think he's out of the business now.

Ken Hamblin went off the air in August 2004, He says he retired but I think there was in fighting. I remember when he toured Cuba and came back with a glowing report of how Cubans weren't living that bad and how Castro's Cuba wasn't so bad. My wife and I wanted to vomit. Someone put something in is his coffee. We have Cuban friends that came out of there in 2006 they tell of oppression and depression. These people I speak of were there in 1958-59 and were imprisoned 2-3 times in the 60's and early 70's for speaking out. Hamlin seemed to have gone off the deep end. After a week or two of him going on about the goodness of Castro's Cuba I turned him off. (he even argued with his callers his own base) I quit listening and then found out a year or so later he was off the air.

 

I used to enjoy listening to him. I often wondered what happened to his show.
