Well, you got some nerve lady. There this kid is, letting you stay in his house, he even allows you to park your bike in his garage and you think you can tell him what to do. Pttffff.

Heck, I bet he even cooks you your dinner.

Let him ride! My doctor says I'll be out of work for the next three months...I could use the company. We could compare our accidents and injuries, brag about who has the "baddest" scars and we could share rides to physical therapy, doctor visits, the drug store....Yes,let him ride.

Well if it were my kid, I wouldn't do the small nail or screw thing. That just makes hiim think he can get away with running it that low on the next one. I'd go out to the garage and ask him to join me there, and cut the tire right in front of him, and tell him if he wants to kill himself he needs to wait until all the people who care about him are gone first.

Give him the knife and ask him to cut it or you will if he does not. Then help him change it and as he is complaining about what just happened, tell him it is easier than making funeral arrangements!!!!!!!!!!!

The kid owns his own house and can't afford a new tire for his bike?? Interesting. ...and he lets her live in "his" house...that really is pretty nice. This whole time, I thought it was his "dad's" house...the lady's husband...hmmmm??
