Very first was an Artic Cat mini-bike, replaced with a Yamaha 80, then a Harley Davidson SS125 for an 8th graduation gift from my parents. The last two I own to this day!

Honda CB 350. Bought new in 1973 for around $850 if I remember right.

Same here. Except I got mine in 79. Dual shock, steel swing arm and steel tank. That thing WAS a tank.

First bike was a Honda CB450, this was back in 1973; wish I kept it if you look at todays prices for a good example...

My first bike was a '77 Kawasaki KZ650. A buddy had it and never checked the chain slack. The chain came off one day and locked up the rear tire. He told me that if I wanted to fix it I could have it. So for the price of a rear tire and chain and sprockets, I had my first bike!
