1963 Harley Davidson "Pacer"

 

'74 Yamaha DT100. We built a "course" through my uncle's apple orchard. Followed by an endless string of dirt bikes before buying a used Honda CB360T, then a CB750. Took a whole lotta years off then climbed back on a 2009 Super Glide Custom. Feeling good!

 

1963 Sprint H, 250cc, one lunger, HD...rode it to high school

 

1965, Tooly trouper, honda trail 90, honda 350, yamaha 350 (dirt), long pause, kawasaki klr 650, suzuki dl-1000, today, my UC

 

1972 Honda CB750 in 1978. And I took the license test on it, too.

 

1st bike was in 1981...it was a on/off road Kawasaki 100cc,it was yellow and I was 11 yrs old, those were the days! Been riding ever since, im 38 now.

 

Sears minibike with a Tecumseh motor. I was so small I wasn't able to pull the starter rope, it would jerk back out of my hand. Then a Suzuki TS125 when I was 14. At least it was kick start.

In 1970, bought a new 1968 NSU Yack for $285, rode it a year and sold it for $280. Picked up a 1951 basket case Harley which kept me busy for a while.

 

I had a 70s something Honda 125 Trials bike. My favorite and most ridden and repaired was a 79 XR500. Back in the early to mid 80s I thought it was the baddest thing on two wheels. About a year ago I rebuilt the carb and let my son run it and some a$$ hole stole it out of the shed. If anyone knows where a hole one is in one piece that I could get running, send me a PM. I had that bike for 25 years and would love to find another.
