125 Suzuki dirt bike not sure what year. I got it when I was twelve but it was old then. It was followed by a 1976 Honda 750 four when I was sixteen.

 

My first bike was a Honda 160 purchased in 1967. Bought my first H-D in 1985, after having six Hondas. Traded-in my Honda 750F for a 1985 H-D Superglide. Test-rode the H-D and have never looked back. The H-D sat lower, didn't have to go 90 mph to be fun, was less complicated, and had lots more metal. Am currently on my fifth H-D, have kept all my H-Ds except for the first (which I should have kept also).

 

bought a whizzer in 1959 The guy that sold it to me insisted on making the transaction at the top of the hill above my parents house I found out why ! It was a hard $50.00

 

Jawa 90, nuff said.

 

I bought my first bike at the aga of 26 in Hawaii it was a Buell Blast very fun bike to learn on but out grow them fast.....

My first was a "mini-bike" with a Briggs & Stratton that I got for my 8th birthday in 1966. My first street bike was a 1976 Kawasaki KZ 650 that I bought in 1980.

 

First bike I rode was a Yamaha SecaII in college (was a friend of mine's). First bike I purchased was a Buell Blast.

A brand spanking new 1984 Honda Shadow 500 for $2699.99. I only kept it one year, and traded up for a 750, but it was a great starter machine and couldn't be beat for gas mileage! I have one just like it in the garage right now for my oldest son. He'll be starting to ride this spring.
