Default Billy Lane's DUI?

Anybody know what's going on with his case? Just curious that I hadn't seen anything recently.

Nope, but if found guilty, then he should be put to death, to me no different than a criminal taking a gun and killing an innocent person. To me should be for anyone who takes someone elses life in that manner. Maybe it would put an end to driving under the influence. Folks need to think, before they drive drunk, they are taking somone elses life in their hands. If it would have been my family Mr Lane would already be deceased, then shipped fedx/DHL/UPS back to his parents in small body parts. This is just plain down right criminal.
I don't have anything against anyone that drinks, I do myself, but I won't drive under the influence.

Step away from the keyboard. You need a drink.

I am not a big fan of the vehicular homicide option in our court system. In fact, I don't believe that it should even be an option. The only difference between that and murder is that you used a vehicle instead of a gun to kill some one. Unfortuniately, the penialty between the two are very different.
