Default would you give up riding for - - -

given a choice of giving drinking or giving up riding - which would you choose. i would choose riding - and i really enjoy me wine (not as big on beer).

would you give up a portion of your income to keep riding - i would. (obviously it depends on the amount, but i would take a lessor income to keep riding).

if someone told me that i could no longer go out to exquisite restaurants if i kept riding - i would give that up.

give up pot or give up riding?

sex or riding? (would that include self abuse).

my family life is pretty good so the wife and kids would win out over the bike.

i know a number of you have had some pretty bad accidents and injuries and that hasn't stopped you.

if you were short on cash - what would you sell in order to keep the scoot. would you downgrade the house (probably not real fair as the price of the scoot most probably would not necessarily be the deciding factor of keeping a house or not). i would sell the car and replace it with a cheapre one before i got ride of the bike.

Already gave up drinking, so I guess I wouldn't give up riding for nothing.

At my age, I'll give up just about everything else before giving up riding.

If getting out on the open road, feeling the fresh air and wind in your hair, doesn't get you high enough, you have issues.

And I've given up riding for family before. When I finally get my bike, I won't do it again, and the new wife understands this.

The only way I'd give up riding would be if the (current) wife or one of my kids needed an operation to survive and that's the only way I could raise the money.

I hurt a leg and I could not hold a bike up for a couple years. I lost part of my heart. I would see a bike ride by and it's hurt me real bad till I could ride again. I will get riding in the summer time and just forget about my yard work all together. I have friend that ride and other friends that ride alot. I go riding at work and after work and every weekend. Then I will go to must all the events I can make it to every day of life now. I think I will give most every thing up for a good time riding with some friends.

I believe that my first two marriages failed due in large part to my 'Riding". Won't give it up for anything. I was riding when I met all three of my wife's so as far as I'm concerned....The first two had no legitimate bitch and the current one seems to understand that she doesn't either.

I would hope you wouldn't be giving it up, just taking a break.

I swore off drinking to get a new bike. I know the dangers of drinking and driving and they are only compounded with two wheels. I drank and drove 2 wheels a lot when I was younger and it was usually after having a couple that I scared the $hit out of myself. So I have already made that choice. Rode to work this A.M. it was 32.6 degrees. Boy do I need some better gloves for winter.
