I have an air shammy, and it is like the blaster with warm filtered air. It is $107 dollars and works like a champ especially for all the crevices. Check them out built by nice people airshammy.com

I'm with BobStreetBob. I picked up a used Toro 850 12 amp electric leaf blower real cheap to actually use for leaves and ended up using it more often for the bike. It really does do a great job.

Why, I've got to be real careful when drying the left side of the bike so's I don't blow it over! I'm even thinkin' about renting it out for small wind tunnel projects. (j/k)

I'm with Gumby on the leaf blower. You want filtered air? Stick a coffee filter over the air intake. A hand held blower isn't going to pick upjunk as long as you don't lay it intake side down on the ground.

It is getting ridiculus in our neighborhood. Those damn gas leaf blowers are screaming all over around us all day long.No wonder most of the operators I see are weight challenged.

I have and use one of the 8hp models. Got it on a group purchase on one of the other Forums (corvette) I frequent for $299 delivered. It works great on my bike and I use it to dry my vette. I used to use a leaf blower but found they suck in and chew up bugs then splatter them all over your bike or car. Love bugs are great for that. The air force blower has a filter and heats the air for better drying. Worth the extra $$$ in my book.
