Oh ya, i do use the softties on the handle bars and the rear and just basic loops on the lower tree ,can just get those on a dresser or my fxr with the fairing on it. Any lock down chock you like i just happend to get a la about 4 years ago. Stronger ,just made me feel better and payed the same price back then as condor. It is the lower tree tie down and the block that really makes for a bounch free way to haul your bike . I had a tire wear to the cords one time back in 07 on a bagger just from wiggle'n about in one of those cheap round bar supports that some trailers have and have tried to figure a way to take out all the flex a could out after that. I do like the baxley product line .

I'm thinking about the 'Canyon Dancer's'. Roadglide riders; do they work well for you? Any issues? I might buy a codor later...

DO NOT trust your bike toa a handle bar support for it's primary support. The wieght of a bagger can and will rotate your bars if put in the wrong postion. Might be ok for a second area tie. I had a bagger and you can tie at a point of the bars before they rotate upward and from there go to the deck wide and forward to just claer all rub points but just pull the slack up . If you will tie like I wrote down above it will work great, there is no tq appied to any part of the bike. Some just try it be fore you need to do it . You will need a 4x6 or 6x6 ,depends on your bike and put a piece of inner tube on the top and bottom so it will not move. Get a block off some building site ,a piece of scrape about 18"+.Place it around your rear floor board area and then tight'n down the straps on the lower tree. It takes a bit of work to get this all set up the first time but i can load a bike and be down the road in ten minutes with out worry of movement.

Default Better than a block of wood

If you want to rest the frame on the floor but with something a bit nicer than a block of wood, check out this inflatable air bladder. Designed for dragsters, but I think it might work well here.
