Well, I am glad that you have clearly stated your opinion, but that has nothing to do with OP's question. I am sure that we all could come up with many pictures showing various injuries related to motorcycling. We take that risk evey time we ride. Wear what you would like, it's none of my business. But, it's also none of your business what I wear. I'm kind of pissed to have had to look at that picture.

Yeah... my view isn't status quo... it what I choose to do. Sometimes a chilling visual makes a point. sorry if I offended or pissed you off.

Same from me.....second one in a week and I was nervous to ride to begin with. Anyway, your point was made, full face for me. Now wishing I had the air-bag jacket...

That picture actually has nothing to do with motorcycles. The story goes that the poor troop in that photo was chewing on a blasting cap like it was bubble gum -- WOOPS! -- and, believe it or not, he actually lived.

I always read that it was an attempted shotgun suicide, but the blasting cap thing seems to make a tad bit more since. Either way quite gross, and not really motorcycle related.

edit: what kind of retard chews on a blasting cap?
