How long have you had your Harley?

My current ride is a 2000, with just about 70,000 miles on it. It's my sig pic. Road King with Dead Center Fairing, Chopped Tour Pak, and way too much other crap to list.

I've been riding since the late '70s and I'm on my 5th bike (1st Harley). I've had the 'Train for 3-1/2 years. Every time I get to thinking that either a RK or UC would be more practical, I take the 'Train out and remember why I bought it in the first place. I could see adding a RK at some point, but the 'Train stays.

My current Harley is my first Harley and have had her 2 1/2 years. Great bike and love it, but if I could talk the wife into it I'd trade for a 2009 w/ABS. Not sure what model I'd go for though.....another RK, Streetglide?, Ultra?.........

I have even thought a time or two about sellin my custom and buyin a used Ultra..But just can't seem ta bring myself to do it..Mama does have a very nice RoadKing that because of the current house fulla kids doesen't put a 100miles a year on.. She tells me ta sell it and get a myself used Ultra, But can't do it to her.. No more then I can give up my custom.. And I do love the times we do get to go riden together...

2000 Road King with a tad over 57K.
Had it apart at around 20K to do cams and a little headwork.
Mild mods and still runs like a fine tuned watch.
Thinking about an 09 SE Road Glide but I just can't seem to let go of this one.

I bought my Ultra Classic new in 2005. It has only 13k miles because I also ride a BMW. I have no interest in a new Harley, unless they package the V-Rod mill in a bagger model.
