Just a year and a half for my '06 Deluxe and 6 mos for my husband's '07 Road King, but they are both paid for and are great bikes, so we see no reason to part with them any time in the near future. The Deluxe is all the bike I need. Now the husband, I suspect at some point he will start going on about wanting something with a faring so that he has stereo, etc., etc.

I drove mine off brand new with .7 miles on 1 Nov 06. I have no plans in getting rid of it. If and when I can afford a new scoot it will be an add on.

I've had my sporty for 24 months now.I put some $ down on it,so I only owe about $2500 more currently,It's an 07,but here's the kicker,I have 23,000 rounds on it,so I have no idea what it's worth.I'm ready to trade to a superglide custom.

I've had my '89 Ultra for close to two years. I expect to have it for many more - I have generally kept my bikes for a good while.

My last bike was an '83 Gold Wing that I had for 7 years. Prior to that was a '68 Triumph Bonneville that I rode for close to 17 years. I was only the second owner, buying it from the guy that bought it new in '68 and kept it for over 15 years. Sometimes I wish I still had it.

I bought my Nightster about a year and a half ago, and have no intention of getting rid of it anytime soon. I'll probably have it until I have kids that I can pass it down to. Now... adding another to the stable, that will probably happen in another year or so.

I've only owned 3. Got my first in 69 it was a 64 Duo-Glide. Kept it until 84 when I bought a FXST. Hung onto it until I bought my current (and probably last) one in 05.

I told my wife I want to keep riding the one I have now after I'm dead. I told her I want to be cremated and she can find someone to put my ashes in the frame. After she does that she can sell the bike and I can keep riding. She said she won't do it so I got a friend in a club that said he'll do it for me. Hope it happens but guess I won't know if it doesn't.
