I mean they're drop dead gorgeous the day you take delivery. But we just have to change everything around.

I'm as guilty as the next guy because I want a Fattail Deluxe. I've got a Fatboy so the fattail is already there. All I really need is whitewalls that fit the Fatboy. Then scrap the front fender and put on a Deluxe fender.

I'm a very sick person.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I got a Deluxe and changed it to a Fatboy!

 

So now you have 2 bikes if you saved all the parts.

 

You guys got it bad..........I hardly touched mine.

Left mine pretty much alone. Like you said, gorgeous as delivered. The dealer did add some doo dads, like chrome forks, chrome handlebar switch group and LED lighted spoilers on the tour pak and saddlebag lids. I have added some of the V Wing collection to the disc brake insert, and the timing cover, and the mirrors (didn't care for the teardrop style) and IDS. But if you didn't know much about an Ultra, you'd think it came from the factory that way.

Oh yes, I added those pouch things on the lowers pocket covers. Like them a lot. I guess I have done some add ons.

 

We do it because it's someone else's vision out of the box, we need to customize it to us.
