Default Daughter on the back

Silly Question to some but not to me. My Duughters husband has raced dirt bikes most of his life a very good AA rider here in florida just quit racing. Now he is talking about getting a street bike to ride with me and my wife. You know what that means My little 26 year old angel on the back of a Motorcycle. How do you guys feel about your daughter on the back of a bike you are not in control of?

She is 26 years old, married and you still want to have control over her??? Do you allow her to ride in a cager with him? Time to let go!!

Possibly suggest both of them taking the MSF course.

If he raced A class then hes in good hands. From my years of racing Im used to being aware and able to react quickly... but Im still only human.

Wouldn't worry about it but then again Im only 25 so Im not in your shoes

I would feel better if she was on her own bike.

Hopefuly you raised her to use her head, try to besure she wears some real good gear and helmet amd let her hubby get some solo time then go ride. May be she will want one and control her own ride.

I think it is natural you are concerned but remember she is his 'angel' as well now so maybe he will be just as careful as you would be with her on the back.

Ask youself this question. How does she feel about her mother on the back of your bike? Man, what I would give for my son-in-law and daughter to spend some quality time on the road with me. You should consider yourself lucky.

+1, She now has a new man in her life. I have two daughters, they are my only children and will always be my little girls, but there will come a time when I will have to let go. I am sure it will be hard to do.
