Eh.. just a couple of observations,

It's the same bike but I made some changes? (several)
Front disk brake?
Exile rear brake caliper?
And the seat was made by the same guy who made the original seat?

I can have one too, all I have to do is build it

The story I understood was there were two of each, Billy's bike and the Captain. They were old police bikes customized by a couple of black guys. One was destroyed during the movie and Peter Fonda had the other. I'm sure Gumby knows the true story. Gumby??

the title does read "2006 Harley Davidson Easy Rider" bike. so it seems pretty clear up front.

I might be mistaken but thought the one in the new Museum in Milwaukee was an original from the movie. I know there are many Repops rollin around. I can't remember if the one in the Museum said Original Movie bike or Reproduction. Maybe someone in Milwaukee that goes there allot can clarify.

I was at the museum this past weekend. I can't remember what was said about the Captain, but the Billy bike was indeed a repro.

The actual Captain and Billy bikes are currently on display at the Reading Museum in PA as part of an art of motorcycles display.

As for the original bikes one was wrecked and was later bought by the actor Dan Haggerty. He did not finish it and sold it to an anonomous party ( Peter Fonda ? ) who finished it and put in on loan to the National Motorcycle Museum in Anamosa Iowa. The other one was stolen and presumed to have been sold for parts. I believe the ones in the Reading Museum are reproductions.

And I thought it was in the Wheels Through Time Meseum in Maggie Valley. I wish I had read the placard better now.

Obviously not "the "one, but a real nice panhead chopper in Captain America trim.
