Most of the time I use Windex.

Ford Custom Bright Metal Cleaner part # ZC-15. Fast, easy, cheap, works great. Cleans up oxidized aluminum really well. I think it works better than Mother's or Simichrome.

Aerosol glass cleaner. I clean my bike every week so it never really gets that dirty.

I've been using Simichrome for years. You're gonna need to add a little elbow grease though!
