There are no modifications required. HD builds to NAFTA criteria and Canadian Dep't of Transportation guidelines.

Hey Canada guy, why limit onesself to a border state. Dealership prices vary across the USA. Make an adventure and road trip experience if you happen to locate your bike at say Colliers HD dealership in NC,eh.
