Before spending $$$ on a trailer, I'd check and make sure you would be allowed to park a trailer in the lot.
Most likely you will have some dumb association rule that forbids it.
I'd widen the gate if you can.
Good luck!

Build a structure out of "I" beam over your fence.

Install a 1/2 ton hoist, and lift the bike over the fence. Just call me a problem solver

Move somewhere with room for the bike.

Good thing you can lock it, because no one could ever possibly cut through that fabric with a knife or anything.

I bought a 6x12 enclosed trailer from Home Depot for just under 3K primarily to keep my bike out of the weather. It definately can be used for more than a bike trailer.

+1 I used to be a bricklayer. Not a big job compared to the cost of a trailer. Then pour a concrete pad with a steel "eye" sunk into it that you can park the bike on and chain the bike to. Then get a Honda cover for it. Outa sight, outa mind.

Softail07 & MATUCHI, those CycleShells are definitely my new Plan A... Thanks for the great tips!

SoftailTim71, ummm... regarding the I-beam idea... what type of paint do you suggest?

RE: widening the gate -- I wish I could widen the gate in the brick wall, but my fascist Home Owners Association won't let us touch it!

RE: covered trailer -- anyone have any recommendations on a reasonably priced covered trailer? Once again, the Empirical Council (HOA) might not approve, but I'd like to check 'em out in case they somehow allow it. I probably can't go over $1500, so it's probably not an option...?

Thanks for the great advice everyone! I just knew this would be the place to go to find the solution!
