I've been using the ISO grips from Kuryakyn - good size for big hands, soft feel, take a look at www.kuryakyn.com

I also have the SAC grips. They are oversized, padded and leather. Mine is color matched to my paint. These were mentioned above but author said that they don't fit the tbw system. I have a -09 ultra and they work great. cut the left grip off. Apply glue and slip the left one on. Remove 2 screws on right grip seperate the swith housing and pull off the old grip. Insert new collor, replace screws and apply glue and slip on new grip. Easier than the throttle wire type. Love my leather grips.

Sorry forgot to leave the link. www.coolsac.com - Oversized like you were looking for. Nope I don't sell them. Not everyone on the road have them.

If all else fails you could cover the grips with those leather wraps. That'll thicken em up quite a bit.

Didn't mean to give out bad info 09ultra. I guess I misunderstood them when I called.
They are very nice grips and I really like the throttle lock version.
