I have a 2004 Night Train that recently developed a fuel leak from the top of the tank underneath the instrument cluster. It only happens when I fill up the tank, but even though I take great care not to overfill the tank (I stop filling after the gas pump nozzle initially clicks off when fully insterted into the tank) it still leaks. When I removed the instrument cluster the leak appears to orginate around a square-shaped rubber grommet that wires for the instruments pass through. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. You probable need to replace the gasket / screws that mount the plate to the tank, you could try tightening them up but chances are it won't seal
