Just wondering if anyone has tried the Kuryakyn Electro-Magnetic Cruise Assist #6280 and if so what they thought of it.

I have the Cruise Lock on my Fatboy. I love it!

Yes it is a glorified throttle lock but it is so smooth and slick. It connects to your brakes so that it will shut off if you tap the brakes. It stays on until you either shut it off or hit the brakes. You can adjust your speed just by twisting the throttle.

My riding buddy says it is steadied than his cruise control.

Only bad point is that it is will slowly slip if you take your hand off of the throttle. The bike slows down about 1 mph every 2 miles. If you just rest your hand on top of the throttle it stays spot on.

It is actually a pretty good deal because you get new chrome brake levers and ISO grapis as part of the package. It will accept all ISO accessories. I put the helmet locks on the end of the mine.

Go for it. just understand what it is.
