woowee, that's brisk alright. I think it was 48 here the other morning, but like a trooper, I rode it to work at 4am with just my leather, should have put on the chaps. lolol. Sk.

Leather up and it's pretty nice. Kind of invigorating, I always feel better in the mornings after riding to work on a cool morning. Much more so than those 90 degree mornings.

I rode this morning at just barely north of 50 degrees. I rode earlier in the week at about 48. I'm fine with those temps with the exception that I have to wear my full face. The neoprene face rag just ends up getting my glasses fogged up and my nose gets all snotty. The weather in the afternoon is perfect for the half helmet and I get all annoyed that I didn't tough it out in the morning. I plan on riding for as long as the pavement's dry, which is pretty much all winter in GA.

By the way, I've never in my life wanted to own a pair of chaps. I know others that say they're the way to go when the weather gets cold. What says the board?

I work outside and the other morning it was probably at least 50 degrees and someone said to one of my friends "I can't believe he is riding this morning". My friend is kinda a hard azz and replied that he was sure I had a helmet and jacket on.

I like long johns, UnderAmour is the best. I wear my full faced when it is cold and then in the afternoon I usually strap it on the bike, no helmet law. I feel kinda like I am tempting fate having a helmet strapped to the bike though.

Its been in the low 40's and 40 degrees one morning. Been wearing full flip face helmet, and over pants, no liner. And its been fine. I see there is wicked fog out there now too this morning. Great. Need better gloves. Although my riding season will be over in about 3 weeks give or take a few days. But then I'm gonna be in North Carolina for 2 more weeks of riding in December.....oh what a tease. You Southern riders are the luckiest.

A FF helmet makes all the difference in the cooler part of the season. I cut over to my FF here in upstate NY last week. I'll be done here for the season probably in about 4 weeks.
