Snow can equal riding a different machine but having just as much fun.

Curious as to what is awesome riding down in Florida. Fill me in.

tmitchell of pg. I grew up in naples , 60's tomorrow?that's a nice morning. I moved to nc mountains because of way to many 85* mornings at 5am. 60's this time of years is reason to miss work. Is it still a nice area there or turning to crap like so much of the coastal towns? I use to pull up to fish there some times , good times.

Well let's see. We've got horse country up in Ocala and the Ocala National Forest which makes for some great riding. Head south and you've got plenty of Florida backroads that are nice and quiet. The loop over in Daytona is a great ride. Indian River Drive is a great ride. Any run down to the Keys makes for a great ride, I'll send a post card when we make a run in January. Plenty to explore when you know there's more to the state than the big mouse.

I've lived up north and wouldn't trade Florida and a year round season for anything or any place I rode up there.

I won't join in on the Florida bashing. Last winter (about March?), I was about to lose my job and the Florida crew was going to do a run around Okeechobee. I was kinda hoping to get down there and ride with those guys. I got to look at the posted pictures instead.

I might get out a couple times a month Dec-Mar. I'd put up with the boring roads and summer heat to ride in the winter.
