Default Do your kids like to play on the bike?

My oldest son likes to sit on my bike and my husbands bike and pretend to be riding. A couple days ago i caught him jumping up and down on the seat and i told him if i catch him doing that again i'm going to spank him. i don't want him falling off and busting his head you know. He is five now. Do you guys kids like to play on your bike to?

Too many things can go wrong when a youngster is near a bike (including the bike falling on top of the tot). I would forbid the children from getting near the scoot unless there is direct adult supervision (even then I would have strict rules of behavior for them).

Kind of particular, had a lady friend of wifes who came by, she wanted to see the bike, kind of pissed her off when she started rubbing the gas tank with rings on her fingers, asked her to please not do that, that has been the end of showing off bikes to non biker types.

Absolutely no playing on, in, or around any vehicles...4 or 2 wheel.
Allowing this is asking for a disaster. Read the paper, or watch the news and see how often you hear of a young child being maimed or killed by allowing such a practice.
If something should happen to your child, you could never forgive yourself.

Pretty easy for a little guy to get seriously injured or killed by a scoot falling over on him.

No, not the kids....but the grandkids, yes...

Ages 3 and 7. The boy (3) gets on mine and the girl on Wifes...

They do a lot of racing

They do know to stay away when they're hot but falling over? I don't worry about that. These bikes are heavy and stable when on the jiffy stand....
