I wouldn't put much credence in that web site. User submitted complaints are always one sided. If you search for Service Bulletins or Recalls they don't have any information on models that I know have Service Bulletins.

 

Stock air cleaner is not a problem with oil blow by. It's the hi flow air cleaners that allow the oil to bypass the filter and drip and spray on the bike. Still not a problem, just wipe it off. I have checked my primary chain 7-8 times in 30K miles and have made an adjustment twice. No big deal. Certainly not enough to warrant an auto chain adjuster. Nothing wrong with your motor. For ALOT of people the TC88 is plenty right out of the box and they NEVER have to do anything to it but change the oil and add gas. Nothing wrong with your suspension either.

Just pay the man, think about what YOU want to do, take your time and enjoy. The rest of that crap will take care of its self. 50K on my RK and she is still going strong!![8D]
