They should make the penalty for a hit and run so severe that even the biggest low life would be forced to stay at the scene. Hit and runs seem to be more and more common these days.

 

Terrible! I wish them both speedy recoveries and hope they will be ok. Dirtbag probably didn't have a licence or was under the influence, I hope the catch his sorry @ss! I will definitly keep your freinds in my thoughs!
