Such a shame indeed, I've met Billy a number of times at events down here and he seemed like a really cool guy. Somebody in his position involved in an accident like this is really disturbing, everybody in Florida complains about the amount of drivers and the lack of respect for motorcycles, driving wreckless and drinking, then killing someone is unacceptable no matter who you are, total lack of respect for everyone but yourself.

If my memory serves me right this is his second DUI! I don't know if he will get just a slap on the wrist!
Just for the record. Tell your brother that Billy Lane has not been in jail since he bonded out after the initial incident over a year and a half ago. He hasn't been convicted of anything to appeal. They are fighting some of the evidence to keep it out of the trial.
