The oldest is 25 with two kids, second is 24 graduating from college and hoping she moves, great kid but wow, youngest is 21 in Argentina comming home in December then moving out. I say downsize, we sold house, suburban, furniture, it took four dumpsters full of storage crap to clean out the house, enjoy your life now and get in all the visits you can with the kids.
