Default Jewish bike blessing this Sunday on Long Island

There is a bike blessing by the Chai Riders, a Jewish motorcycle club on Long Island this Sunday, 9/21/08. You don't have to be Jewish, although I am. I went last year and the food was great both at signup and at the BBQ after the ride. Since I'm not a member of the club I only have the info on the flyer at their website. Here is a copy and paste of it:

Does the Harley have to be Jewish? How can you tell?
