Jewish bike blessing this Sunday on Long Island

Amen (pun intended) on that one. Give me pulled shoulder any day - preferably from a Tennesee smoke house

I'd say don't Manischewitz period but judging by the background color of that sig pic you must be into that stuff pretty good But then, up in your part of the world they're really into wine aren't they? You ride safe too.

I didn't realize they cut the pipe off. I thought they only trimmed the heat shield a little bit.

What about my peyas? Won't they get in the way of riding? Actually I am jewish and a lot of the steroetypes don't apply to everyone, only certain sects. Too bad I live on the other coast or I'd be there. My sister is studying to be a rabbi so maybe when she becomes one I can get her to do this here.

Hold on a minute there, pardner. We're real big on BBQ pork ribs here in God's country but you aren't close to heaven yet if you have not had good ole Texas brisket. Umm, umm.

Up here in the North people say they do BBQ when they are actually just grilling, like steak, burgers, chicken and stuff. We also have folks who really do BBQ like it's done in the South, or at least they try. It's like getting a Philly cheesesteak in Miami- you're better off getting anything where it came from.

Ressurecting (a bad choice of words, I know) an old thread here.
Since we we are approaching the "blessing of the bikes" season, what exactly is the Hebrew prayer you say over a bike? (as a MOT I need to know! )
